Service Overview

What Syndeo Provides

Syndeo operates as a booking intermediary service. We connect you with local businesses by handling the entire booking process on your behalf, eliminating the need for you to make phone calls or wait on hold.

What We Do

  • Call venues on your behalf
  • Find 2-3 available options
  • Present options via SMS
  • Confirm your final booking

What We Don't Do

  • Guarantee specific venues
  • Control venue pricing or policies
  • Handle venue-specific issues
  • Provide customer service for venues

Service Coverage

Our service covers 6 main categories: Restaurants, Hair Salons, Spas, Medical appointments, Events, and General Services. We operate within a 1km radius of your specified location and work with 10,000+ partner venues across our network.

Credit System & Pricing

How Credits Work

Syndeo operates on a pay-per-success credit system. You purchase credits in advance and only use them when we successfully secure a booking for you.

Credit Terms

  • Credits never expire - Use them whenever you want
  • Pay-for-success only - Credits only deducted for confirmed bookings
  • Full refund guarantee - If we can't secure a booking, no credit is used
  • Free trial included - 2 credits for new users

Booking Process & Timeline

Phase 1: Request Submission

Instant

You submit your booking request through our platform

  • Complete the 7-step booking form
  • Credit authorization (not charged yet)
  • Request enters our call center queue

Phase 2: Venue Outreach

15-45 minutes

Our agents call venues in your area to find available options

  • Agents call multiple venues within 1km radius
  • Check availability for your preferred times
  • Gather 2-3 suitable options when possible

Phase 3: Option Selection

5-30 minutes

You receive SMS with available options and make your choice

  • SMS with real venue options and time slots
  • One-tap selection process
  • Response window: 30 minutes

Phase 4: Final Confirmation

5-10 minutes

We confirm your chosen booking and process payment

  • Final confirmation with venue
  • Credit deducted only upon success
  • Booking details and confirmation sent

Success Rate & Timing

Our average success rate is 85% for securing bookings. Total process time is typically 30-60 minutes from request to confirmation. Times may vary based on venue availability and your flexibility with options.

Your Responsibilities

Information Accuracy

  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Give correct party size and requirements
  • Specify any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs
  • Update us immediately if plans change

Response Requirements

  • Respond to SMS options within 30 minutes
  • Answer calls from our agents if needed
  • Confirm or decline options promptly
  • Honor confirmed bookings

Venue Relationship

Once we secure your booking, you have a direct relationship with the venue. This means:

  • You're responsible for arriving on time and following venue policies
  • Payment for services is directly with the venue (not through Syndeo)
  • Venue-specific issues should be resolved directly with them
  • Cancellations or changes must follow the venue's policy

Prohibited Uses

• Making fake or test bookings

• Providing false information deliberately

• Using the service for commercial resale

• Attempting to circumvent our systems

• Harassment of our agents or venue staff

Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence, it's important to understand the limitations of our intermediary service:

Booking Constraints

  • No guaranteed availability - Venues may be fully booked
  • Peak times - Higher difficulty during holidays, weekends
  • Large parties - Groups 8+ may have limited options
  • Same-day requests - Less likely to succeed

Geographic & Service Limits

  • 1km radius only - Limited to nearby venues
  • Business hours - Can't book outside venue operating hours
  • Venue policies - Subject to individual business rules
  • Special requirements - Complex needs may not be accommodated

Force Majeure & External Factors

Syndeo is not responsible for booking failures due to circumstances beyond our control:

External Events

  • • Public holidays
  • • Local events
  • • Transportation strikes

Technical Issues

Our Commitment Despite Limitations

Even with these constraints, we maintain an 85% success rate and provide full transparency throughout the process. If we can't secure a booking, you're never charged, and we'll explain why so you can adjust your request.

Refunds & Cancellations

When You Get Full Refunds

  • No booking secured - If we can't find any available options
  • Service failure - Technical issues prevent completion
  • You decline all options - When presented choices don't meet your needs
  • Venue cancels - If confirmed booking is later cancelled by venue

When Credits Are Used

  • Successful booking - When we confirm your reservation
  • You don't respond - After 30 minutes without selection
  • You cancel after confirmation - Once venue booking is secured
  • No-show - If you don't honor the confirmed booking

Non-Refundable Situations

Liability & Disclaimers

Service Limitations

Syndeo provides booking intermediary services "as is" and makes no warranties about:

  • Venue service quality or policies
  • Food quality, safety, or preparation
  • Venue accessibility or facilities
  • Pricing accuracy or special offers
  • Venue operating hours or availability
  • Staff behavior or customer service
  • Venue hygiene or health standards
  • Third-party payment processing

Limitation of Liability

Syndeo's liability is limited to the credit value used for the specific booking. We are not liable for:

Direct Damages

  • • Travel expenses or accommodation costs
  • • Lost time or opportunity costs
  • • Emotional distress or disappointment
  • • Additional expenses incurred

Indirect/Consequential

  • • Business losses or lost profits
  • • Data loss or system downtime
  • • Third-party claims or disputes
  • • Venue-related incidents or injuries

Third-Party Relationships

Important: Your relationship with venues is direct and independent of Syndeo:

Venue Disputes

All service issues, complaints, or disputes must be resolved directly with the venue. Syndeo cannot mediate or resolve venue-specific problems.

Payment Responsibility

You pay venues directly for their services. Syndeo's credit system only covers our booking intermediation fee.

Venue Policies

You must comply with all venue-specific policies, including dress codes, cancellation terms, and behavioral expectations.

Maximum Liability Cap

In no event shall Syndeo's total liability exceed the total amount of credits you have purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim. This cap applies to all claims collectively, not per incident.
