Syndeo operates as a booking intermediary service. We connect you with local businesses by handling the entire booking process on your behalf, eliminating the need for you to make phone calls or wait on hold.
Our service covers 6 main categories: Restaurants, Hair Salons, Spas, Medical appointments, Events, and General Services. We operate within a 1km radius of your specified location and work with 10,000+ partner venues across our network.
Syndeo operates on a pay-per-success credit system. You purchase credits in advance and only use them when we successfully secure a booking for you.

Our average success rate is 85% for securing bookings. Total process time is typically 30-60 minutes from request to confirmation. Times may vary based on venue availability and your flexibility with options.
Once we secure your booking, you have a direct relationship with the venue. This means:
• Making fake or test bookings
• Providing false information deliberately
• Using the service for commercial resale
• Attempting to circumvent our systems
• Harassment of our agents or venue staff
While we strive for excellence, it's important to understand the limitations of our intermediary service:

Important: Your relationship with venues is direct and independent of Syndeo:
All service issues, complaints, or disputes must be resolved directly with the venue. Syndeo cannot mediate or resolve venue-specific problems.
You pay venues directly for their services. Syndeo's credit system only covers our booking intermediation fee.
You must comply with all venue-specific policies, including dress codes, cancellation terms, and behavioral expectations.
In no event shall Syndeo's total liability exceed the total amount of credits you have purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim. This cap applies to all claims collectively, not per incident.
